On Tuesday, June 12, Social: IRL will join the University of Kansas Athletic Department for the latest instalment in our “Behind the Brand” event series.
Attendees will convene at Allen Fieldhouse at 6:30pm and will start the evening with a special presentation and Q&A with Kevin McCarty, KU Athletics Web Designer.
We’ll take a look at how KU Athletics use web, mobile and social media to connect with fans and share the game day experience. We’ll get special insights in to how their online strategy has evolved and what we can expect to see next.
Attendees will then enjoy a special tour of Allen Fieldhouse, the athletic offices and student-athlete center. Finally we’ll wrap the evening up with photo ops in the media room and Booth Family Hall of Athletics.
The event is free to attend. Registration is required with limited spaces being available on a first come basis.
