50% of registrations processed on Wednesday, November 2, will be donated to two local St. Louis non profits.
Relationships and Brand Building in the Social Media Age takes place in St. Louis on Thursday, November 3.
We have a great group of attendees coming together, representing national brands, marketing and PR agencies, social media professionals, local and regional organizations, and higher education.
Attendees will participate in a highly engaged day of learning and networking, including a valuable workshop session lead by Valeria Maltoni. Valeria brings more than 20 years of solid business experience leading engagement for multiple Fortune 500 brands, and is known online for her acclaimed Conversation Agent blog, and on Twitter as @ConversationAge.
Highlights of the day’s agenda and details of businesses and individuals who are participating in the event are set out in our recent post “A look at who’s attending Social: IRL in St. Louis and what they can expect to learn.”
Something we have learned from many events we have hosted is to expect last minute registrations the day prior to an event taking place.
For these last minute registrations in St. Louis, two local non profits will benefit by sharing a 50% donation out of each registration sold.
For registrations processed on Wednesday, November 2, 50% of each registration will be shared equally by Cardinals Care and the St. Louis Chapter of Autism Speaks.
Cardinals Care is the St. Louis Cardinals’ non-profit foundation dedicated to caring for kids. This mission statement is achieved through numerous programs supported by volunteers, sponsors, and the participation of the St. Louis Cardinals’ players, coaches, staff, and loyal fans. Since its inception in 1997, Cardinals Care has distributed more than $16 million to support organizations in and around St. Louis.
Autism Speaks is the nation’s largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families. Donations will go direct to the local St. Louis chapter.
Attendees can still register using relevant discount codes. 50% of the amount paid after any discount code will be shared between the two non profits. The donations will be from registrations processed on Wednesday, November 2, only.
